Steve Cook

Steve Cook is a centre-back for Wycombe Wanderers, where he provides defensive experience and leadership in League One. The 31-year-old offers physicality and positioning in the heart of defence, helping to marshal the backline through the competitive third-tier campaign.

Cook began his career in non-league football before joining Sligo Rovers in the League of Ireland. A move to Nottingham Forest followed, where he established himself as a reliable defender. He subsequently had spells at several Football League clubs including Chesterfield, Colchester United, and Bournemouth, where he made over 200 appearances and played a key role in the club's rise through the divisions. Cook later moved to Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership before returning to the English Football League system with Wycombe.
